Today we had a very exciting afternoon with Karen from the Little Litter Warriors! We walked down to Hampton Ferry and worked in pairs to collect as much litter as possible. We found a very old crisp packet (possibly from the 1990s), and we managed to fill every single bucket/bin bag we had!
I would like to pass on my thanks to the children and staff, this was a fantasic litter pick made even more amazing by the pupils enthusiasm to clean up the litter preventing it reaching our waterways and harming our wildlife.
